Making tea.
Boiling the solution.
Second extraction.
The most funniest part was,
while we were doing the suction filtration,
we need to create a vacuum air in the volumetric flask for the filtration.
and this guy named Charles was responsible to hold the water tube down the sink so that vacuum can be created.
No idea how he did it, and he burst the water tube and water was splashing all over the place.
Surprisingly, the first thing that came out of his mind is, RUN! leaving the water splashing!
We went 3 stations and he burst 2 of the water tube. =.=
Anyways, we were the first group that finished off the lab first although we experienced many incidents throughout the lab.

The results of running away!!

What is happening to Vancouver this year?
It broke the record for snowing in the beginning of this year which it usually don't.
Now, it breaks the record for being toooooooo hot (38C?) which again, usually only below 30C.
I'm sweating with the big fan right beside me, the chemistry text book and the widely opened window in front of me.

Third last week of schooling!
This will be a really long post after the blog remains untouched for 5 days. HAHA

Khalis came from Edmonton, and the rest from Toronto to Vancouver!
Will post the photo after i get it from them.
Sunway pal: Celine, me, Fuad and Khalis.
- Bio re-test was not too bad. At least better than the first test. =S
- Physics midterm and quiz was pretty lame.
- Wednesday: Went for the HSBC Celebration Light event held at English Bay which was basically a fireworks competition between Canada, China, and US. *Canada won the last 2 competition*
The amount of people went = 20x the people went for the Sg. Wang New Year countdown.
Can you imagine that?
We reached there by 7.30pm and the event starts at 10pm.
I have the full-length video of the fireworks but i cant transfer it to my laptop. :(Photos:
- Friday: This week lab based on respiratory system!
Analyze the real specimen (lungs), dissect and look for respiratory system etc.
- Saturday: CYCLING at Stanley Park with sister and Simon in the morning.
Rent the bicycle and cycle by the sea wall! Awesome feeling! =D
